Frequently asked questions
Customers with photo sensitive epilepsy are unable to use the simulators. Due to the nature of the experience and the requirements to climb in and out of the cockpit, customers should be of a reasonable level of fitness and health to participate. As the simulator is a replica of the real thing, access to the pilot seats requires passing your legs through the narrow gap between the seat and the communications pedestal.
The passenger section is easier to access, though still requires a level of mobility to access. As a general guide, customers and guests should have the ability to climb in and out of a car unaided. Please call us before purchasing an experience to discuss any of these factors. We will endeavour to facilitate any special requirements that you may have.
