Customer Procedures

On arrival at 737Pro you may have your temperature read by an infra-red scanner. We will also ask you to fill out a health declaration confirming that you are not exhibiting any Covid-19 symptoms or have been asked to self-isolate.

We kindly ask that all customers wear masks when inside the premises unless you are exempt and have a sunflower lanyard. Our instructors will be wearing masks throughout the day.

Cleaning procedures

Our premises are thoroughly disinfected at the start of every day to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the building.

We are also disinfecting the simulators between each session to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. This does take time which means that we cannot accommodate quite as many experiences as usual so please book soon if you have a certain day in mind to avoid disappointment.


Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to have the viewing area of the simulator occupied to full capacity for the time being. We kindly ask that you limit observers to one person from within the same household or social bubble.

Expired Vouchers

If you have a experience voucher that has expired or will expire before we reopen please contact us. We are extending vouchers which have been unable to be flown due to Covid-19.

If you have a third party voucher these should also be extended and we advise customers to double check the validity date with their voucher provider. If there are any complications, again, please get in touch with us via e-mail, or call us on 01253 406797.


We are reopening 737Pro Ltd. on the17th April in accordance with UK Government guidelines. We are having a phased reopening. Customers who have an experience for Air Combat Pro can book it from 1st May.
